Stuff peppers with pork marinated in soy sauce and beer for these spicy appetizers.
 

Ingredients

  • 30 to 40 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 12-ounce dark beer
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 15 to 20 Bacon Strips, cut in half
  • Lemon-Pepper or Greek Seasoning

Method

Split, seed, and remove membranes from peppers. Marinade pork in soy sauce, beer, and honey overnight Stuff peppers with marinated pork. Wrap with bacon, using toothpicks to hold together. Sprinkle with desired seasoning Smoke, grill or bake in a 375 degree oven till done (approximately 20 minutes)
