Upside Down Pumpkin Cake

Warning----this makes your whole house smell heavenly for hours

Ingredients:

1 Large Can Pumpkin
1 (13 Ounce)can Evaporated Milk
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup White Sugar
3 Eggs, well beaten
2 tspd Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Ginger

Directions:

Mix well, pour into buttered 9x13 pryex pan.

Sprinkle 1 box Yellow Pudding Cake Mix (dry) evenly over top.

Add 1 to 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans, sprinkle on top.

Drizzle 1 cup melted butter, over entire pie.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.

Serve warm, great with ice cream or whipped cream.
