Spooky Smoothies

Top these yogurt-based fruit smoothies with a gummy worm for a spooky garnish.
 

Ingredients

  • 16 oz plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c honey
  • Ice to fill blender (about 2 cups)
  • Gummy worms for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients (except gummy worms) in a blender or smoothie maker. Process on low for 30 seconds, pulsing. Finish processing on high until smooth & blended. Pour into glasses and drape a gummy worm over the edge of the glass. Serve immediately.

 

Notes: This healthful, low fat, low sugar smoothie will satisfy both mom & the little goblins.
