Pumpkin Trifle

This colorful and creamy no-bake dessert makes is as impressive as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 29 oz canned pumpkin
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 8 oz boxes cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 16 oz (approx) ginger snap cookies
- Pecans (if desired)

Method
In first bowl, mix canned pumpkin, whipped topping, instant pudding mix and cinnamon until well blended and set aside. In second bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar, then fold in the whipped topping. Layer the ginger snaps, cream cheese mixture and pumpkin mixture in a glass serving (trifle) bowl. Sprinkle top with pecans if desired.
Notes: This is a very pretty fall dessert.
