Pumpkin Squares

Try these delicious pumpkin bars - they're topped with cream cheese frosting and are an easy year-round dessert.Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 1/3 C sugar
- 1 C veg. oil
- 2 C Flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger or nutmeg
- 1 3oz pkg. cream cheese, soft
- 1/4 C butter
- 3/4 t vanilla ext.
- 2 C conf. sugar

Method
Heat oven to 350. Beat first 4 ingredients until blended. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix until smooth. Spread into an un-greased baking pan. Bake 25-35 minutes. Frosting: beat cream cheese butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar.
Notes: Spread frosting over cake and cut into squares. Enjoy!
