Pumpkin Harvest Smoothie

Pumpkin, apple cider and maple syrup mixed with vanilla yogurt for a healthy breakfast or snack.

  • Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup Canned Pumpkin
½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
1½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 cup Apple Cider
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Ginger
1 cup Ice
2 slices Crystalized Ginger

Directions:

Blend all ingredients, except ginger, in a blender. Pour each serving in a glass and garnish with a slice of crystalized ginger on the rim.
