Ingredients:
| 12 oz | Cream Cheese, softened |
| ¾ cup | Canned Pumpkin |
| 2 Tbsp | Taco Seasoning Mix |
| 3 Tbsp | Chopped Fresh Parley |
| ⅛ tsp | Garlic Powder |
| ⅓ cup | Chopped Dried Beef |
| ⅓ cup | Chopped Green Pepper |
| ⅓ cup | Chopped Red Pepper |
| 1× 2¼ oz can | Sliced Black Olives |
| 1 | Small Pie Pumpkin, top removed and cleaned out or any small round bread with top removed and bread removed from inside |
| Bread Cubes | |
| Raw Vegetables, cut into bite sized pieces | |
| Crackers or Corn Chips |
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in parsley, beef, peppers and olives until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, cut off top of pumpkin, or bread, and scoop out insides. Fill with dip and serve with bread, vegetables, crackers or corn chips.
