Party Pumpkin Dip

Dried beef, green and red peppers, garlic and olives are combined with cream cheese and pumpkin for this tasty fall dip.

  • Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
¾ cup Canned Pumpkin
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parley
⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
⅓ cup Chopped Dried Beef
⅓ cup Chopped Green Pepper
⅓ cup Chopped Red Pepper
1× 2¼ oz can Sliced Black Olives
1 Small Pie Pumpkin, top removed and cleaned out or any small round bread with top removed and bread removed from inside
Bread Cubes
Raw Vegetables, cut into bite sized pieces
Crackers or Corn Chips

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in parsley, beef, peppers and olives until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, cut off top of pumpkin, or bread, and scoop out insides. Fill with dip and serve with bread, vegetables, crackers or corn chips.
