Oh-So-Sweet Green Slime Cocktail

Sorbet provides sweetness and the green color in these drinks. Omit the vodka for a kid-friendly drink.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lime, kiwi-lime, or key-lime sorbet (must be green in color)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 5 oz vodka (optional)
  • 3 lime wedges

Method

Place all ingredients (except lime wedges) in a blender and puree about 1-2 minutes. Pour mixture into glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
