Mortuary Punch

Float several ingredients in this strawberry-cranberry punch and make it an eerie addition to your Halloween buffet.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry soft drink mix
  • 1 quart cranberry juice
  • 1 quart sparkling water or club soda
  • "Floaties", such as grapes or gummy worms

Method

In punch bowl mix together soft drink mix, cranberry juice and sparkling water. To make it spooky, float peeled grapes (eyeballs) and gummy worms (from inside the crypt) and a "frozen hand", which can be created by freezing a clean latex glove which has been filled with water. Just peel off the glove when the water is frozen and use it to keep the punch cold.

 

Notes: This recipe is for kids, but for an adult party, more stimulating beverages can be added, such as vodka. Don't forget the "floaties"
