Candy Mix Cookies

These cookies are chock-full of candy. Chocolate-covered raisins, candy corn, and chocolate-covered toffee make these a kid-favorite.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups chocolate-covered rasins
  • 2 cups candy corn
  • 1 large chocolate-covered toffee bar, chopped

Method

1. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well-mixed and light and fluffy. 2. Add eggs and vanilla extract to butter and mix until well incorporated. 3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; mix well. 4. Add oats and mix well. 5. Add chocolate-covered raisins, candy corn, and chopped toffee bar. Mix well. 6. Form into desired size rounds. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets. 7. Bake at 350 degrees F oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool on wire racks.
